• Ref:1) Acquisition of stake from Westport Fuel Systems Italia S.R.L.("WFS") held by them in Minda Westport Technologies Limited.

• 2) Intimation / updates under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015

This is in continuation of our earlier communication dated 28 September, 2023 on the subject matter cited above.

We wish to inform that the Company, Uno Minda Limited has acquired 26% stake of Minda Westport Technologies Limited (MWTL) from the joint venture partner, M/s. Westport Fuel Systems Italia S.R.L. for a total consideration of Rs. 14.81 crores, as per the valuation report.

With this acquisition, now the stake of the Company in MWTL stand increased to 7 6% and MWTL has become a subsidiary of Uno Minda Limited.
