Sub: - General update on further investment in Equity Shares of Uno Minda Tachi-S Seating Private Limited (Subsidiary/ Joint Venture Company)
Dear Sirs,
This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated September 29, 2022, wherein we had informed about entering into Joint Venture with TACHI-S Co. Ltd, and an equity investment of upto INR 100 million in the Joint Venture Company for a 51.00% equity stake.
We wish to inform you that the Company has invested a sum of INR 1,57,59,000/- (One Crore Fifty-Seven Lacs and Fifty-Nine Thousand only) by way of subscription to 15,75,900 (Fifteen Lacs Seventy-Five Thousand and Nine-Hundred) Equity shares of Uno Minda Tachi-S Seating Private Limited ("UMTS") allotted today at a face value of INR 10/- (Rupees Ten) each, on right issue basis.
Post allotment, the investment of the Company in the equity shares of UMTS stands at INR 8,40,99,000 (Rupees Eight Crores Forty Lacs and Ninety-Nine Thousand). The Shareholding of the Company in UMTS remains unchanged at 51.00%.
