Pursuant to the Regulation 29(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations and with reference to our intimation dated 31 July, 2023, wherein we had informed that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 09 August, 2023, inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the company for the quarter ended on 30 June, 2023.
We wish to inform that in addition to the above, the agenda relating to raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis will also be placed before the Board in the aforesaid meeting to consider and approve the same for such amount and on such terms and conditions, as may be decided by the Board in the meeting.
