This is in continuation of our earlier letter(s) dated 13 June, 2021 and 29 November, 2021, regarding the captioned subject matter.
We are pleased to inform that acquisition of balance 49% stake in Harita Fehrer Ltd. from F.S. Fehrer Automotive GmbH has been completed on 24 March, 2022. With this acquisition, now, Minda Industries Ltd. holds 100% stake of Harita Fehrer Ltd.
The Company, Harita Fehrer Ltd. has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Minda Industries Ltd.
