This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 07 February, 2022, wherein, we had informed that the Company will acquire stake / further stake in the following partnership firm(s): -

In this regard, we wish to inform that the Company has acquired the stake from the concerned partners and the necessary payments to them have also been made on 24/02/2022.
