Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015], we would like to inform that Board of Directors vide its circular resolution passed on April 12, 2024 has approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Mehta as Chief Human Resource Officer ("CHRO") of the Company w.e.f. April 12, 2024.

					with close to three decades of experience in leading
					effective Human Resources teams, developing HR
					frameworks and strategies for large organizations. A highly
					knowledgeable and business savvy resource who has
					expertise in Cultural transfrmation, Employee Relations,
					Mergers&Acquisition, Establishing effective People
					Practices, Compensations and Benefits.
					Having effective stakeholder management and
					communication skills, Mr. Mehta has implemented
					transformation initiatives with consensus of senior
					leadership, board members and workers in unionized as
					well as non-unionized environments and ensured high
					level of employee engagement. He has closely worked with
					major unions like INTUC, CITU, BMS, and internal unions
					throughout his journey. He has successfully led HR & IR
					functions at Reliance Industries, General Motors, Asian
					Paints, Crompton Greaves, Rallis India, and Gujarat
					Guardian.
					Before Joining Uno Minda Group, he was associated with
					JSW Energy Ltd. and was serving as Sr. Vice President&
					Head - Human Resources. During his tenure, he was
					spearheading Cultural Transformation through designing
					and driving HR best practices in the Energy business.
					He has done M.SC (Barkatullah University, Bhopal),
					Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (Poona
					University, Pune) and Masters in Personnel Management
					(Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune)
