Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015], we would like to inform that Mr. Ramesh KS has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for ECS-2 Domain of the Company w.e.f. August 17, 2024.
He shall report to Mr. Nirmal Kumar Minda, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
Further, the detailed disclosure pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR Regulations") read with Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-1.
