Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and 29(1)(e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ['the said Regulations'], we are pleased to inform that the Board Meeting of Minda Industries Ltd. will be held on Monday, 07 February, 2022 , inter-alia to consider and approve the following matters: -

- the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December, 2021 and;

- the Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December, 2021.

- to consider and recommend the payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22.
The ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the Securities of the company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ designated persons of the company till 48 hours after the results are made public on 07 February, 2022.
