Sub: Intimation of change in Company Secretary & Compliance Officer under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that Mr. Tarun Kumar Srivastava, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has given his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, with effect from June 30, 2021, The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held today, i.e. on June 13, 2021 took on record, the said resignation tendered by Mr. Tarun Kumar Srivastava with effect from June 30, 2021.

Further, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors at the same meeting, has approved the appointment of Mr. Ravi Mehra as Compliance Officer of the Company for the interim period with effect from July 1, 2021 till the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is appointed.

Presently, Mr. Ravi Mehra is Dy. Managing Director of the Company.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD / CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are provided in Annexure | and II.

Under his leadership, the Group's2W/3W switch business has expanded globally, cateringto ASEAN countries, Europe, and Japan, besides beingleader in India. Prior to UNO MINDA, Mr. Mehra has hadstints with various reputed organizations like Kelvinator,Pure Drinks Group etc.Currently, Mr. Ravi Mehra is Dy. Managing Director of theCompany.
