Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that, Board of Directors of the Company upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Batra (DIN: 06511494) as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company for a period of three yer1rs w.e.f. July 19, 2021. Further his appointment will be regularized in upcoming Annual General meeting of the Company.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFO /CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is provided in Annexure I. Kindly take the same on records.

Further, it is confirmed that Mr. Rakesh Batra (DIN: 06511494) being appointed is not debarred from holding office as a Director of the Company, by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such regulatory authority.

Mr. Batra, meets the criteria of independence as prescribed under Section 149 (6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 5 of Companies (Appointment & Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 and relevant regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
