It is informed that a Board Meeting of the Company was held today i.e. 25 September, 2018.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that: -
Mr. Sunil Bohra has been appointed as a Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company with effect from 1st October, 2018.
He is a Chartered Accountant and has also attended a General Management Program at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
He has around two decades of rich experience in Finance, Treasury, Taxation, Investor Relations, IT and Digital enablement, M&A and Strategy.
Mr. Sudhir Jain will steer this function till the close of business hours of 30 September, 2018. He will continue to be associated with the Group in other capacities and will also continue to serve as a Board Member of Group Companies.
A brief details of the above change, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read alongwith SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September, 2015 is enclosed herewith.

- A rich and diverse experience of around 20 years in various businesses in senior roles covering strategy, corporate & business finance, treasury, taxation, acquisitions including integration, investor relations, insurance, procurement & supply chain management, marketing & sales and information technology; in multiple operating environments across different cultures.
- Prior to joining Minda Group, he was working with Cairn India {Part of Vedanta Limited) as Chief Commercial Officer. Sunil has been with the Vedanta Group since year 2000.
- Sunil is a Chartered Accountant & has attended a General Management Program at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
