- 31st Annual General Meeting of Uno Minda Limited (formerly known as Minda Industries Limited) will be held on Wednesday, 20 September, 2023 at 10.30 a.m., through Video Conference ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM').

- Cut-off date for remote e-voting is Wednesday, 13 September, 2023. The remote e-voting shall commence on Friday, 15 September, 2023 at 9.00 a.m. and will end on Tuesday, 19 September 2023 at 5.00 p.m.

- Further, in pursuance to the requirement of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Thursday, 14 September, 2023 to Wednesday, 20 September, 2023 (inclusive of both the days) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
