• Cut off date for remote e-voting is Saturday, 12 September, 2020. The remote e-voting shall commence on Wednesday, 16 September, 2020 at 9.00 a.m. and will end on Friday, 18 September, 2020 at 5.00 p.m.

• 1. Further, in pursuance to the requirement of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Saturday, 12 September, 2020 to Saturday, 19 September, 2020 (inclusive of both the days).
