Sub: Intimation of partial and gradual resumption of operations at Company’s manufacturing facilities at Goa.

Ref: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dear Sirs,

In compliance of the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Collector & District Magistrate, South Goa vide his Order No.37/19/2020/L&O/MAG/4208 dated 7[th] April, 2020 has granted permission to resume operations at the Company’s plant & manufacturing facilities situated at Goa subject to inter alia maintaining minimum number of employees. The Company shall gradually ramp up the production while adhering to the terms and conditions in terms of the Order of Collector & District Magistrate as aforesaid and other guidelines/advisories being issued from time to time.
