In accordance with Regulation 30 read with sub-para 3 of Para A Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, we wish to inform you that SES ESG Research Private Limited (“SES”), a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider has assigned an ESG Rating of “68.6” under the category “Medium” to Universal Cables Limited (“the Company”). The Company has received the said information from SES on 18[th] January, 2026 at 6:36 P.M.

It is further clarified that the Company has not engaged SES ESG Research Private Limited for the purpose of this ESG assessment. The rating has been independently determined by them based on publicly available information pertaining to the Company for the Financial Year 2024–25.
