Sub: Intimation - Completion of tenure of Independent Directors

We hereby inform you that Shri Swatantra Singh Kothari (DIN: 00005428) and Shri Sushil Chandra Jain (DIN: 00194087) , Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company have completed their tenure viz. second term of five (5) consecutive years on March 31, 2024. Consequently, they cease to be the Directors of the Company and Member of the respective committees of the Board at the end of the day on March 31, 2024.

The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company expressed their deep appreciation for the valuable contributions and guidance provided by Shri Swatantra Singh Kothari and Shri Sushil Chandra Jain during their tenure.
