Sub: Intimation - Resignation of Director of the Company
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we hereby inform you that Shri Dilip Ganesh Karnik (DIN: 06419513), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board of the Company has tendered his resignation vide letter dated 9[th] May, 2024 citing personal reasons. The Company has received the resignation letter through e-mail on 9[th] May, 2024 at 1:11 P.M., a copy of which is enclosed herewith.
Accordingly, he ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Company and a member of the respective Committee of the Board with effect from 9[th] May, 2024.
Disclosure of information as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11[th] July, 2023 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023 is enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
