Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 _

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company (“the Board”) at its Meeting held today i.e. 9[th] November, 2023 has inter-alia taken the following decisions:

1. Appointment of Shri Amit Kumar Chopra as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 9[th] November, 2023, as recommended/approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as well as Audit Committee of the Company.

2. Nomination of Shri Ajit Kumar Goel, Vice President (Projects) as ‘Factory Manager’ with effect from 9[th] November, 2023 replacing Shri Sanjeev Dubey, in respect of the factories of the Company situated at Satna (M.P.).

The requisite details required under Regulations 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11[th] July, 2023 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023 are enclosed as “Annexure-A”.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.30 A.M. and concluded at 7.10 P.M.

Brief Profile	Shri Amit Kumar Chopra is a Commerce Graduate from MDS University, Ajmer and a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He possesses varied experience and exposure of more than 14 years in the accounting and commercial fields eg. Funds Planning, Budget preparation and Monitoring, GST Matters, Sales Accounting and other financial and commercial aspects of the business management. He has been serving with the Company in the capacity of ‘Chief Commercial Officer’ since May, 2023.	Shri Ajit Kumar Goel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College, Jabalpur. He is also a Member of the Institution of Engineers (MIE) in India and also Chartered Engineer. He possesses 39 years of rich experience in Project Execution, Plant maintenance, Development, Machine modification, and Civil construction activities. He has been a dedicated official of the Company since July 1984, in various positions and currently serving as the Vice President (Projects).
