We regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Shri Dinesh Chanda (DIN: 00939978), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on 21[st] May, 2021. He was the Chairman of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Member of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.

The Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during his tenure. His sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sorrow and condolences.
