SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING IN RELATION TO POSSIBLE ACQUISITION

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 29 August 2023 (the ‘‘Announcement’’) in relation to the entering into of MOU in respect of the Possible Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, all the capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those adopted in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to provide supplemental information in relation to the identity of the Target Company. The Target Company, named Shenzhen Bohai Weitian Network Technology Co., Ltd. (深 圳 博海維 天 網絡科 技有限公 司) is a company established in the People’s Republic of China.

The Board wishes to emphasize that no binding agreement in relation to the Possible Acquisition has been entered into as at the date of this announcement. As such, the Possible Acquisition may or may not proceed. Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
