Unity Bancorp, the holding company for Unity Bank, announced today the resignation of Mr. John F. X. Keane as its Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, effective November 29 , 2012. Mr. Keane has been employed by the Company since June 2012 . The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Lending Officer.
