Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 26, 2017, Unitil Corporation (the “Company”) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at its offices in Hampton, New Hampshire, which will feature a video presentation. The video presentation will be posted in the Investor Relations section on the Company’s website, which is currently located at www.unitil.com/investors , and will available for viewing on April 26, 2017.

In addition, the Company intends to post certain information regarding the Company from time to time in the Investor Relations section on the Company’s website, which is currently located at www.unitil.com/investors .
