Ref: Outcome of Board Meeting submitted to BSE Limited (BSE') on Friday, 27th Augast, 202f in terms of Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (IODR) Regulations, 2O1.5 w.r.t. Preferential Issue the Company (Scrip Code: 522091)

With reference to the captioned subject, we would.like to inform your good office that, Subject to shareholders' approval, other necessaq/ statutory & regulitory approvals, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Friday, 27,*- August,2021. !1ye approved the raising of funds by way of creating, offering, issuing and allotting 800,000 Equity Shares by way of Preferential Issue to Mr. Jagmeet Singh Sabharwat Promoter of the Company. However, an inadvertent error hal been noticed that, the Company has mentioned 900,000 Equity Shares instead of 800,000 Equity Shares in its outcome submission made to BSE on27|e Augus! 202'1, - Preferential Issue.

All other details, terms, conditions, statements mentioned in the said outcome of board meeting w.r.t. Preferential lssue remains unchanged. Relevant details are as follows:
