United Utilities Group PLC announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements (ARFS) for the year ended 31 March 2019 and the 2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice of Meeting) are now available for viewing, in accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 6.3.5(3), on the Company's website at the following website addresses:

United Utilities Group PLC announced its final results on 23 May 2019 (the announcement) in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules which can be viewed at:
