United Utilities Group PLC - Sara Weller

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) United Utilities Group PLC announces that Sara Weller, independent non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee will be appointed as a non-executive director of BT Group plc and a member of its nominations committee immediately before its 2020 Annual General Meeting on or around 16 July 2020.

Sara Weller has also confirmed her intention to step down from the Board of United Utilities Group PLC at the annual general meeting to be held on 24 July 2020. An announcement regarding Sara Weller's successor as chair of the remuneration committee at United Utilities will be made at a later date.
