Board Changes

United Utilities Group PLC announces that after nine years service as a non-executive director, Catherine Bell will step down from the Board with effect from the end of the company's annual general meeting to be held on 22 July 2016. Stephen Carter will replace Catherine as chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee.  

United Utilities' Chairman, Dr John McAdam said:  "I would like to wish Catherine every success for the future and thank her for her extensive contribution to the Board and United Utilities."
