United Utilities Group PLC 2020 Annual General Meeting - update

United Utilities Group PLC today confirms that, in accordance with the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 which came into force on 25 June 2020, the Company's AGM on 24 July 2020 will be held as a 'closed meeting' and shareholders will not be allowed to attend the meeting. Shareholders are encouraged to complete their proxy voting instructions and register any questions they may have in accordance with the processes set out in the notice of meeting which is available on the Company's website at: www.unitedutilities.com/annual-general-meeting
