ಆಫ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಸೆಕ್ರೇಟರೀಸ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾದಿಂದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಮಹಾಸಭೆ ಕುರಿತು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯ ಮಾನದಂಡ ('ಎಸ್ಎಸ್–2')ಗಳು,

'(ಎನ್ಎಸ್ಡ್ಎಲ್') ಮತ್ತು ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಂಚೆ ಮತಪತ್ರ ನೋಟೀಸು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸದಸ್ಯರ ದಾಖಲೆ ಪುಸ್ತಕ / ಕಟ್–ಆಪ್ ದಿನಾಂಕದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರು ಇರುವ ಸದಸ್ಯರು
ನೋಟೀಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಗೊತ್ತುವಳಿಗೆ ಮತ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು. ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಮತ ನೀಡುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವು ಅವರು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಪೂರ್ಣಪಾವತಿಯಾದ, ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಈಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳದ, ಕಟ್–ಆಪ್ ದಿನಾಂಕ 13ನೇ ಮೇ, 2022 ದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಷೇರುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಜೂನ್ 2022 ರಂದು ಗುರುವಾರದಂದು ಸಂಜೆ 5.00 ಗಂಟ ಮಾಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು ನಂತರ ಎನ್ಎಸ್ಡಾಎಲ್ ನಿಂದ ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಡುವುದು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಗೊತ್ತುವಳಿಗೆ ಮತ -------_೫-
ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
