Sub: Resignation of a non-executive non-independent director
This is to inform you that Mr. Vinod Rao (DIN: 01788921), non-executive non-independent director of the Company and a nominee of Diageo Relay B.V. (formerly Relay B.V.), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Diageo Plc. has tendered his resignation from the directorship of the Company from end of day 15[th] December 2021 consequent to his resignation from the employment of Diageo group. Consequently, he will also cease to be member of the audit committee with effect from the aforesaid date.
