United Oil & Gas PLC (AIM: "UOG") the full-cycle oil and gas company with a portfolio of production, development, exploration and appraisal assets announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Armstrong Teasdale, 38 - 43 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3PE at 1.00 p.m. on 7 June 2023 ("2023 AGM").
