Notification of Change in Shareholdings
United Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: "UOG"), the oil and gas company with a high impact exploration asset in Jamaica and a development asset in the UK has received two notifications advising of a change in shareholdings in the Company, both of which are set out below without amendment.
On 3 April 2024 the Company was notified that as of 28 March 2024 that the estate of William Samuel Clive Richards (deceased) no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company due to the increase in issued share capital of the Company.
On 4 April 2024, the Company was notified that Spreadex LTD has no longer a notifiable interest in the Company.
