General Meeting Results, TVR and PDMR Notifications
United Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: "UOG"), the oil and gas company with a high impact exploration asset in Jamaica and development asset in the UK announces the results of the General Meeting held earlier today where all the resolutions were duly passed on a poll vote.
Accordingly, the capital reorganisation has completed and the conditional Fundraising, results of which were announced on 27 February 2024, will complete on the admission to trading of the Fundraising Shares that will take place at 8.00am tomorrow that is 21st March 2024.

Total Voting Rights
Following the capital reorganisation and the issue of the 500,000,000 Fundraising Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 1,156,353,969 ordinary shares of £0.00001 each carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 1,156,353,969 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
