The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— – Break-even in consolidated results – Operational cash flow rises to EUR 2.4 million – Order book swells to EUR 14.6 million (Münster, May 10, 2005) – United Labels AG (DE 0005489561), the licensing specialist for comicware, can report consolidated sales of EUR 8.3 million for the first quarter of 2005 (as compared with EUR 9.3 million for the first quarter of 2004)). Earnings before interest and taxation (EBIT) were EUR 0.1 million (PY: EUR 0.4 million). Consolidated net profit was at break-even (PY: EUR 0.2 million). The reason for this trend is that more customers are placing orders for the second quarter. Cash flow from ongoing operations rose by EUR 0.8 million to EUR 2.4 million (PY: EUR 1.6 million).
