• Dividend proposal raised to EUR 0.30 per share

Montabaur, March 28, 2012 - The Management Board and Supervisory Board of
United Internet AG (ISIN DE0005089031) today announced the final and
audited figures according to IFRS for fiscal year 2011. The final financial
figures and customer contract figures do not differ from the preliminary
figures for 2011 in the ad hoc announcement of March 12, 2012.

At the same time, the Management Board and Supervisory Board of United
Internet AG have agreed on a dividend proposal of EUR 0.30 per share
(previous year: EUR 0.20). The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of United
Internet AG on May 31, 2012 will vote on the joint resolution proposal of
the Management Board and Supervisory Board.

The annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2011 will be published
on the company's website (www.united-internet.com) on March 29, 2012.
