Pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule B read with regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated persons shall remain closed from 1st July, 2021 and will open after 48 hours from the announcement of unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2021.
Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
