New Delhi, Wednesday, February 12, 2025, United Drilling Tools Ltd. (UDTL) (BSE – 522014, NSE – UNIDT) announced its financial results for the 3[rd] quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 for the FY 2024-25.

The Company has reported revenue of Rs. 14,243.27 Lacs, marking a 50.29% increase compared to Nine-Months ended December, 2023. This growth is attributed to substantial domestic and international orders, enhancing UDTL’s global market share and presence in untapped markets.

Total Revenue:

Nine-Months ended December, 2024 : Rs. 14,243.27 Lacs Nine-Months ended December, 2023 : Rs. 9,477.38 Lacs Growth Percentage : 50.29%

Net Profit:

Nine-Months ended December, 2024 : Rs. 1,102.49 Lacs Nine-Months ended December, 2023 : Rs. 604.29 Lacs Growth Percentage : 82.44%

EBITDA:

Nine-Months ended December, 2024 : Rs 2,027.73 Lacs Nine-Months ended December, 2023 : Rs. 1,427.69 Lacs EBITDA Margin, Q3FY25 : 14.23%

The significant growth in EBITDA is a witness to UDTL's strong operational performance and strategic initiatives over the past period. This impressive increase can be largely attributed to the strong demand for key product lines, particularly Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) and multi-starter connectors, both of which are integral to oil and gas exploration and production activities. These products have seen substantial growth due to their high-quality standards and the Company's ability to meet the evolving needs of the energy sector.

In addition to product excellence, UDTL has effectively managed costs across its operations, optimizing production processes and enhancing efficiency. This focus on cost control has contributed directly to the improved EBITDA performance, allowing the company to retain more value from its increased sales volumes. Furthermore, the significant rise in order books, including a notable in overseas orders, reflects UDTL’s expanding global footprint and ability to capture business from international markets.
