Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, we wish to inform that, pursuant to the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of United Drilling Tools Limited ("the Company") has approved and recommended the appointment of M/s A P U & Company, Chartered Accountants (ICAI FRN - 019542N) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s Sarupria Somani & Associates and the Board also had recommended to the shareholders for its approval at ensuing Annual General Meeting, the appointment of M/s A P U & Company as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of one year to hold office from the conclusion of 43[rd] annual general meeting till the conclusion of 44[th] Annual General Meeting.
