• Approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 4[th] quarter ended March 31, 2025 for the FY 2024-25;

• Approve the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2025 for the FY 2024-25;

• Recommend Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

We shall keep you informed the decision of Board immediately after the Meeting.

Further, in continuation of our earlier letter dated March 25, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated persons shall remain closed from 1[st] April, 2025 and will open after 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results.
