• Approve the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2023 along with Statutory Auditor’s Report thereon.

• Recommend Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2023.

• Shifting of Corporate / Head office of the Company.

We shall keep you informed the decision of Board immediately after the Meeting.

Further, in continuation of our earlier letter dated 30[th] March, 2023, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated persons shall remain closed from 1[st] April, 2023 and will open after 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results.
