Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 24th day of July, 2021 at head office of the Company situated at A-22, Phase-II, Noida – 201305 through Video conferencing at 02:00 PM, inter-alia to:-

• Approve the un-audited standalone $&$ consolidated financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended on 30th June, 2021;
• Take on record the Limited Review Report issued by the statutory auditors' on financial $\bullet$ results thereon:
• Consider declaration of first interim dividend for the FY 2021-22; $\bullet$
• Consider appointment of Mr. Tarun Chhabra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer $\bullet$ of the Company.

We shall keep you informed the decision of Board immediately after the Meeting. The above intimation is also available on the website of the Company i.e; www.udtltd.com.

Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated persons shall remain closed from 1st July, 2021 and will open after 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results. The Company have already been intimated to the stock exchange for closure of Trading window vide letter no. UDT/SEC/2021-22/BSE-16-NSE-17 dated 30/06/2021.
