Declaration of interim Dividend for the FY 2018—19.
Further, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees/Directors/Promoters/KMP and their immediate relatives of the Company and other Connected Persons on submission of this notice to the stock exchange in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from 20'h day of February, 2019 to 25'h day of February, 2019 (both days inclusive).
