Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and - Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 Transfer of Equity Shares of the Company

This is to inform you that based on the letter received from our Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) and weekly transaction report of NSDL with respect to of equity shares of the Company for the week ended 04.06.2021 received from the RTA, we have noticed that the Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Mumbai has transferred 41315690 equity shares constituting 15.63% of the equity share capital of the company (out of 42704758 equity shares constituting 16.15%) to the Demat account of Recovery Officer I DRT-II. Earlier these equity shares were held by certain of our Promoter group Companies.

Earlier by our letter dated May 08, 2018 and March 11, 2019, we had intimated the exchanges about Transfer of certain equity shares of the company held by few Promoter group Companies, to the account of ED and DRT-II.

We have not received any disclosure or communication from the above-mentioned authorities and this disclosure is being made for compliance and good governance.
