Sub: Outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of United Breweries Limited (‘the Company’)

In continuation to our intimation dated April 08, 2025, and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e. Wednesday, May 07, 2025, inter alia , has approved the appointment of Messrs BMP & Co, LLP (Firm Registration Number: L2017KR003200), as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years commencing from FY 2025-2026 till FY 2029-2030, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The requisite details under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, are stated in Annexure.

The Board Meeting commenced at 2:00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 6.33 p.m. (IST).
