With reference to captioned subject, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , we wish to inform the stock exchange that Mr. Radovan Sikorsky (DIN 09684447) has today conveyed his decision to resign from the post of Director & Chief Financial Officer of the company due to change of role as Regional Chief Financial Officer for Asia. He will continue to discharge his duties as Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company, until the close of business hours on Sunday, June 30, 2024, to facilitate smooth transition.
