Ref: Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Listing Regulations’)

With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we are pleased to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 07, 2024 has approved the appointment of Mr. Jorn Kersten as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from August 01, 2024.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, with respect to the appointment of Chief Financial Officer are enclosed as an Annexure.

The Board meeting commenced at 14.00 hrs (IST). and concluded at 19.50 hrs (IST).
