In terms of Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of United Breweries Limited (“Company”) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 04, 2023 inter alia:

• i) To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023;

• ii) To recommend dividend on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023;

As per Code of Conduct adopted by the Company in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company’s Directors and employees from April 03, 2023 to May 06, 2023 (both days inclusive).
