Sub: Notice of Board Meeting to be held on June 24, 2020

In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Regulations), we inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 inter alia:

a) To consider the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020; b) To recommend dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.;

In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window has been closed with effect from March 31, 2020 till July 02, 2020.

We have arranged to issue public notice of Board Meeting in Newspapers in terms of the Regulations.

We shall arrange to notify the Exchanges about the decision taken at the Meeting immediately after its conclusion.
