Sub: Resignation and Appointment of Director.

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you about resignation of Mr. Rudolf Gijsbert Servaas van den Brink from the Board of Directors (the Board) of the Company. The Board places on record Mr. Rudolf’s contribution to the Company, convey their appreciation and thank him for his exemplary guidance during his tenure. Further, we inform appointment of Mr. Jan Cornelis van der Linden as an Additional Director on the Board with effect from June 01, 2020. Details as required under Regulation 30 are given hereunder.

1. Reason for Change: Mr. Rudolf Gijsbert Servaas van den Brink was a Heineken (Promoter) nominee Director on the Board. In view of change in role/ position of Mr. Rudolf Gijsbert Servaas van den Brink in Heineken, he has been replaced by Mr. Jan Cornelis van der Linden on the Company’s Board by Heineken.

2. Date and Term of Appointment/ Cessation: Appointment of Mr. Jan Cornelis van der Linden as an Additional Director with effect from June 01, 2020 in place of Mr. Rudolf Gijsbert Servaas van den Brink who ceases with effect from close of business hours on May 31, 2020. Mr. Jan Cornelis van der Linden shall be appointment as a Director retiring by rotation and eligible for reappointment.

3. Brief Profile of Mr. Jan Cornelis Van Der Linden:

Mr. Jan Cornelis, is an MBA in Business Administration from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands. He has completed various Management Development Programs from Harvard Business School, Wharton – University of Pennsylvania, INSEAD Business School and University of Michigan. He joined Heineken in 1999 as Commercial Management Trainee and previously worked with Unilever for three years. During 1999-2015 he worked in various marketing and Group commerce role in Heineken. In 2015 he was appointed as Managing Director of Heineken China and currently he is Managing Director of Heineken Vietnam since August 2019. Effective June 01, 2020, Mr. van der Linden shall be appointed as President Asia Pacific, Heineken.

1. Relationship between Directors: Mr. Jan Cornelis van der Linden is not related to any other Director on the Board of the Company.
