Sub: Outcome of Board Meeting - Resignation of Director
In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform that Mr. Steven Bosch, Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation to take effect from 1st January 2019. Mr. Bosch is a Heineken (Promoter) nominee director on the UBL Board and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
After two and half years with United Breweries Limited, he will move to a new assignment with Heineken. The Company places on record the significant contributions of Mr. Bosch during his tenure.
The Board will appoint his successor in due course and, in the interim, the current Senior Vice President, Finance shall continue to take care of the said function of Mr. Bosch.
