Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, we wish to inform that Messrs S.R.Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.101049W/E300004) our Statutory Auditors, will be completing their two consecutive terms of five years each on conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on August 10, 2022.

Therefore, in their place, M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number 008072S) are proposed to be appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from conclusion of the forthcoming AGM for a term of upto 5 years. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 26, 2022, has approved the proposal.

Details with respect to change in Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are annexed herewith:
